These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of mpsalesinc.com (the “Site”) and to any purchase from MP Sales Inc. (“MP Sales,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Products

We do our best to show products accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and product sizes and details are as listed by the manufacturer. Products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe), and PayPal. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll give you a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, and orders ship within 2–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

7. Product safety

Please read the age recommendations and safety warnings on each product page and on the packaging. Many of our toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

8. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to MP Sales or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MP Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and of the state in which MP Sales Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
