30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Free return shipping
Returns are on us. We cover the cost of return shipping on every eligible return.
How to start a return
- Email Sales@mpsalesinc.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and everything you need to send it back at no cost.
- Pack the item securely and send it back.
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm and refund your original payment method (card or PayPal). Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund.

- Used items, or items not in their original packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
