How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email Sales@mpsalesinc.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet.

Can I choose the color?
Yes. Pick your color on the product page before adding it to your cart.
What ages are your toys for?
Each product page lists the recommended age from the packaging. Many of our toys contain small parts and are not for children under 3.
Returns & payment
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. See Returns & Refunds for how it works.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card, or with PayPal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
