This Privacy Policy explains how MP Sales Inc. (“MP Sales,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit mpsalesinc.com (the “Site”) or buy from us.

- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and the products you buy.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment providers (see section 3). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages: information you send us by email, such as questions or return requests.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up for updates.
- Device and usage information: such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see section 5).

- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store:
- Payment processing: Stripe (card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Shipping carriers: to deliver your order.
- Website hosting and e-commerce software: WordPress.com and WooCommerce, which host and run the Site.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, keep the Site secure and understand how visitors use the Site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
6. Your choices and rights

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and checkout is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
Although many of our products are made for kids, the Site is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
